CNC lathe and milling machine operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist for our client’s permanent team.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for advanced CNC milling operations, machine programming, setup, and optimization. This position is ideal for an experienced machinist who can work independently and take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC milling

  • Experience with Fanuc control systems

  • CAM programming skills (e.g. SurfCam, Mastercam)

  • Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines independently

  • Experience with part measurement and quality control

  • Strong technical drawing reading skills

  • Independent and responsible working attitude

  • Good command of Finnish, Swedish, or English

Important

We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist, not just a machine operator or part changer.
