CNC lathe machine operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC lathe machine operator to join our client's team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

The role involves CNC lathe, machine setup, tooling changes, and the production of high-quality machined components. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist who can work independently and take responsibility for their own work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in lathe machine

  • Experience with Fanuc control systems

  • Ability to edit and modify existing CNC programs

  • Strong knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and machining processes

  • Experience with precision measurement and quality control

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Independent and responsible working attitude

  • Good communication skills in English or Finnish

Important

  • CAM programming skills are not required

  • You do not need to create CNC programs from scratch, but you must be able to modify and adjust existing programs

  • We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist, not a machine operator or part changer
